Shipping

Brillante uses fast and reliable shipping methods to get your items to you quickly and economically.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We use Australia Post Registered Mail at a flat rate of $10 including domestic person-to-person delivery confirmation and insurance to $100. Extra cover can be purchased (see Insurance). Most packages should arrive within 3-5 business days after posting, but note that this is Australia Post's estimate.

Custom orders of Sami bracelets will be charged shipping of $25, as they are shipped internationally, directly from the artist.

International Shipping

We use Australia Post Registered Post International Parcels for international deliveries at a flat rate of $30 for parcels weighing up to 1kg. Insurance (up to $100), proof of posting and signature on delivery is included in the shipping charge.

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination, so we suggest you refer to Australia Post's website for more information.

Availability

All items are in stock and ship within 3-5 days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. We ship orders within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment. If you need your item/s sooner, please contact us (or make a note on your order) and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Insurance

All Registered Post includes compensation to $100. Extra cover (insurance) of up to $5,000 per article can be purchased for $1.25 per $100 or part thereof, up to a maximum $5,000. Please indicate when ordering that you would like additional insurance and it will be added to your invoice.

Damaged Packages

Please refuse delivery of damaged or opened packages. Insurance is null and void if you accept a damaged package.
