Stock Availability and Despatch
All items are in stock and ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. We ship orders within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment. If you need your item/s sooner, please contact us (or make a note on your order) and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We use Australia Post for domestic deliveries, charged at a flat rate of $15, which includes insurance, signature on delivery and tracking. For all purchases over $250, shipping is free!
Most packages should arrive within 3-5 business days of despatch, but please note that this is Australia Post’s estimate.
We use Australia Post for international deliveries; please ask us for a shipping quote.
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination, so we suggest you refer to Australia Post’s website for more information.
Please refuse delivery of damaged or opened packages. Insurance is null and void if you accept a damaged package.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for a refund.
Items must be returned within 3 weeks of the delivery date and must be in the original condition in which they were supplied.
All refunds are made via the same method as payment received. Unless your purchased product was faulty, shipping, insurance and credit card processing costs are non-refundable.
